Patriots Top Road Warriors 4-1 

Bridgewater, NJ – The Somerset Patriots defeated the Road Warriors 4-1 before 6,692 fans at Commerce Bank Ballpark on Friday evening. Somerset took a 1-0 lead in the bottom of the first inning. Center fielder Mike Lockwood was hit by a pitch, stole second, and scored on first baseman Larry Barnes’ RBI single to left field.
